Texting and StuffOne of the more interesting items in a meeting I attended today was about the council site formerly known as Do More in Newham but now the Newham Olympics site. Apparently they have about 40,000 young people signed up to receive texts about sports events. I thought maybe it would be an idea to text NYPO members about meetings and events provided they agreed to be contacted in this way.
